Greetings, Earthlings! Pull up a chair!

I am a trainee tattooist, part time comic book artist and full time bum. If you really are that interested in the details (and who is?), I was born sometime in the mid-80’s in the wild and windy west coast of Scotland where I still dwell. I lived on an island off of the coast for a while but alas, I have found myself back on the mainland which is less than ideal but hey, it means I can tattoo folk. Not much call for it on an island that loses three-quarters of its population in the winter months.

There is a beautiful self-portrait coming. You will bask in its glory. Until then, this is where the magic happens:

Awesome! I use mechanical pencils, fine liners, watercolour, markers, Manga Studio, Photoshop, Painter, fresh virgin blood and a little black magic (sometimes with freaky dancing – depends on how much sleep I’ve had).

Other Stuff

In 2006, I won third place in the Character Brief catagory at IMAF (International Manga and Anime Festival) in London with my piece, Pooka Pops. Thanks to Kaz for taking the photos as I couldn’t make it to the actual festival.

Another one of my pieces, Bees Make Honey, was finalized in the character design catagory.

In 2005, I was one of the five winners of Neo Magazines annual manga competition. My comic, Devil_Angel, was printed in the magazine that year.
